Farmville Vehicles

For players whose farms are starting to get too big for them to efficiently farm, they can use the  useful tools that Farmville creator Zynga has added to the game. You may want to think about purchasing a vehicle if you are getting tired of ticking every square of your farm numerous times just to plant, plow, and harvest. Vehicles offer you more time to enjoy your farm as they permit you to work four times faster than your normal pace. Players who’ve expanded numerous times and are hovering around an enourmous field should really consider buying a vehicle.

What Vehicles Are Available

There are four different vehicles available in Farmville: Harvester, Seeder, Red Tractor plus a Pink Tractor. You will need one of every kind if you have an enormous field. Each of these vehicles will cost you 30,000 in coins, so plan accordingly. You may like to buy just one at first—select the vehicle that allows you spend as little time as possible doing the work you don’t like the most.

What Vehicles Can Do For You

You can now seed, plow or harvest four times faster with these cool vehicles that you’ve just bought. They affect a 2×2 square of field, so every click of your mouse you plant, harvest, or plow 4 squares at the same time. Be sure that your fields fit this template—in other words, make big square or rectangular fields. These will be the easiest and most effective way to work with.

Their Limitations

These vehicles, superb as they are, do have one problem that can be irritating (and potentially expensive): They need fuel to run. In the lower left corner of your screen, observe the fuel gauge and watch as it slowly empties as you operate your vehicle. You have sufficient fuel to plow 150 squares of field. After that, you’re running on empty and you have two options. You can either use Farm cash to purchase refills or just wait 6.5 hours for your tank to refill entirely.

Like always, the greatest bargain is purchasing the most refills—at 33 Farm Cash, you’re only paying .33 Farm Cash for every refill. You may as well make the big investment and enjoy the greatest possible return if you’re going to go this way. If you’re feeling frugal, however, just wait for your tank to completely refill. You have to strategize if you have multiple crops going at the same time, so that your fuel tank has time to fill up for the succeeding harvest.

The Conclusion

You will need vehicles once you expand your farm several times if you want to earn lots of coins. How  you control your fuel is entirely up to you. Before making a purchase, always make sure that you consider your aims for Farmville. Remember, you don’t have to spend your coins to win this game, however at times it sure helps!
